Recycle trash can blocking on sidewalk

Hi. I appreciate the curb-side pick up of trash and recycling. This week (yesterday) after our Tuesday morning pick-up of trash, I noticed that one of the two attachment points for the lid of our city trash container had broken. It was not broken before the pick-up. I understand that the wonderful no-touch process is challenging for the operator, who is working in cold, dark winter streets with large and imprecise equipment, trying to complete a large job in a limited amount of time. Things break. I can go to the roll of duct tape to attempt a fix, but I wanted you to be aware of the issue and I'd like to know what you propose as the preferred solution. thanks, Kelly

Hi. A bag of trash was tossed out and busted open along W Arlington Rd in front of this address. I tried to pick up most of it but the rest is too close to the road and too dangerous for me to get to it. Will someone clean this up? It would be much appreciated whenever possible? Recycling not picked up. No note was left. All other cans on the street were picked up. I am confused as to why I am paying for a service that was not rendered. Why was my recycling 'denied' and yet, no notice or message? If this continues, come pick the recycling bin up, as I have no need for this service.

Saw the sanitation truck today took both trash and recycling containers in the same truck. Is this normal?

Toter found at 113 S Gentry, not a part of Olympus Properties. We requested City pick-up, did not happen for several weeks, tenants used the toter, Republic Services refused to empty it. We removed it, stored it at Olympus Properties. Please come and get it!

This is like the third time the trash men have just straight refused to empty my recycling, and they also leave debris in my trash can as well. I don't have any inappropriate items in the recycling, it's aluminum cans and flattened cardboard. They didn't leave any kind of notice. Just uncollected trash. I feel like this just incentivizes me dumping everything in my trash since at least that way it will get collected.

Our recycling has not ben picked up in the last two weeks even when we had barely anything in there. There has never been anything sticking out.
