Yesterday afternoon I was chased by 2 large dogs on the new southern extension of the Jackson Creek Trail, near the end at Rhorer Road. One of the dogs is all black, and the other some sort of pit bull mix. I wasn't able to determine which house they might have come from.

Not sure if this is streets, sanitation, or animal control but there is a dead baby deer laying across a storm water drain on East Winslow Farm Drive. didn't know if it had been reported.

coyotes rage through Crestmont Park and surrounding properties nightly. Some neighbors report seeing individual coyotes in their yards. One neighbor reports seeing a coyote jump a fence on W 16th and killed a cat. Feral cats have been eaten. Last night I heard what sounded like coyote vs fox killing. One neighbor claims that the coyotes live in a hole they dug by a ditch on W. 16th west of Lindbergh. I sympathize with all the creatures who have been displaced by huge complexes in the area, But these guys have got to go. Every time I walk or bike by this house, a dog charges at me and scares the crap out of me and my kids. It is tied up but the leash is long and hard to see. The dog comes at us at full speed before hitting the end of the leash almost at the street. I’m tired of being terrorized and it can’t be good for the dog either.
