The situation along the B-Line trail around the Grimes bridge is out of control. Tents have been setup along the side of the B-Line just north of the bridge. While riding through this area earlier this morning with my 11 year old, we had an individual come out of one these tents and start yelling at us. This does not feel like a safe situation for anyone.

Was not informed of military exercise that took place overnight from 07Jun to 08Jun. The noise from the plane/chopper was alarming & was loud enough to rattle windows. It also continued extremely late into the night (~ 2:30 am) which was a significant noise disturbance during quiet hours. City did not provide notice that (1) this was going to occur or (2) the timing of the exercise.

out walking tonight (7/10) I saw that there was a very large backyard graduation party taking place at 2207 E Covenanter in Bloomington, at a conservative estimate 50-60 people ranging from teenagers to senior citizens and not a single mask that I could see...playing tennis and generally socializing in a way that didn't seem particularly cautious just thought you should know, because if there's an outbreak in town those are folks you're going to want to talk to

I live on Woodstock Place, and several of my neighbors have leaf-blown their leaves into great piles along the street. I'm concerned that the street has been narrowed for traffic and that the leaves will be washed down into the sewers and cause backups. There was a yard sign in the yard nearest High Street about no leaf collection this year, but evidently it has been ignored. Can my neighbors be compelled to mulch or collect their leaves before they turn into a slick mess this winter?

So Hamilton won't do anything about the log pile mess between Arden and Greenbriar... "it's Duke / it's their contractor". OK, fine. You want to avoid dealing with problems YOU (Hamilton) have created. Do you want to do anything about all the felled street tree stumps and the problems they have created? I'm trying to mow around your stumps, but your garbage efforts have left large ruts, logs, and rocks around the stumps that are killing my mower. Meanwhile, TWO MONTHS later I'm still dealing with your garbage decisions, lazy refuse, and ugly mess left between stages of your extended endless programs of the "activity trail". FINISH IT.

We're over 1 miles from Bloomington South High School (off South High St), yet every Friday night for the past couple of weeks we've heard the PA system announcing the football games as clear as day. I biked downtown this afternoon for a trip to the public library. Upon arrival I discovered that every space in the bike racks surrounding the library were taken by Veo scooters. Attempting to move a scooter to park my bike was extremely difficult, as the scooter wheels immediately locked up, and scooters are simply to heavy to lift and move. Allowing a private scooter company to completely monopolize all available bike parking around the public library is not acceptable. Why is this allowed? Could the rules around scooters in the city be reviewed and this specific issue addressed? To clarify, I don't believe users had parked the scooters here. It seems as if they were deployed and staged in these spots. Thank you.
