Blocked Sidewalk

There is always a car parked here blocking the entrance to the Winslow rd sidepath. It’s clearly marked for no parking with yellow lines. It’s not obvious why they prefer to park on top of the yellow lines instead of parallel parking both cars on the North side of the street. They do seem to be making an effort to leave space for walkers to get through but never enough space for a bike pulling a trailer

A personal motor vehicle is parked on the public multi-use path, blocking access for pedestrians and cyclists. This is a recurring ongoing issue at this address. I have previously left notes on improperly parked vehicles at this residence.

I live on Marilyn Drive. I park a vehicle overnight on the street. I just want to make sure this is OK. I have read the ordinance where I must park going the same direction as traffic and I must not obstruct traffic, i.e. I need to make sure there is 12 feet for traffic to pass by.
I just want to make sure on this. There are no - NO Parking signs on our street.
During the snow storm I did make a point of not park on the street overnight so the snow plows could get through.
Please let me know if I am OK with parking on the street - thanks for your help - Kevin Keough

This house was sold and purchased by new owners in 2016. Since then the number of vehicles parked on the street has grown to as many as 7 over time. For the last 8 months, one of the vehicles has had 2 flat tires and has not moved. There have been many times (especially during snowy winter days) where the street becomes hard to navigate especially with two way traffic. Is there any ordinance that recommends the number of cars one can park in front of their house? Can an abandoned car remain on the streets for months on end? Perhaps the number of cars is related to the number of families residing at this home; is there a limit to the number of families that may be co-housing? How can this be resolved? Aside from the driving safety issues, it is a visual blight on our neighborhood and a very unfortunate welcome to our lovely neighborhood.

A travel trailer has been camped on this residential street for more than a year creating traffic congestion. It is now worse due to the construction hauling trailer parked across the street and about two car lengths west. I just reported it as well.
