Abandoned Vehicle in the parking lot across from where I live. It has been there over a year. It has a license plate in the front driver's window near the VIN. The vehicle has not been moved. There’s an abandoned van in this parking lot. The van’s door is open.Vagrants are living in this van. An arm was hanging out of the door in the van today-I guess someone was passed out in there. There’s trash all around it. This is located in the Railroad Park neighborhood behind Switchyard Park. It is directly behind Eye of the Needle-this is the 3rd complaint I made to the Bloomington Police Department about this occurrence.
