i contacted u report a while back about large boxes and sheets of styrofoam laying in and alond this road. they got back to me and said they sent someone out there and they said they seen nothing there. i went out there this sunday morn when i picked up other areas and it was still there. i piked up the large box, and a bag full of trash there. i dont think any one ever went there. im trying to help this city as a resident here. i do alot as a single person out there, i hope the city will help with this problem. i can do what i can but its over whelming to say the least. i will help as long as im able. thx
I am following the new requirements for recycling. Week after week they go by and won't empty my kart. I've got surveillance video of them not even opening the lid at times. Also I've asked politely for an extra waste kart or a larger one. They never return my calls nor do they even acknowledge my request. I have a family of 6 and we consume a lot of trash. So I sometimes overflow the kart and they will dump in and then charge me 10 dollars per bag and also charge me a fee for items outside the can. They obviously don't like me. I just don't want to have bags outside my cans throughout the week. Ive asked over and over and over and nothing. So im left to this option. Can you please take action and help me. Thank you
I no longer need a 2nd kart. I havent been using it anymore so to save me a few dollars per month please feel free to come collect it. thank you

I live at 900 E 1st St. On Mondays, there is a single trash pickup nearby that occurs shortly before 5 a.m. Trucks then return later. Is this early truck from the City, and if so why does it come so early to just one home?

Please remove the increasing volume of trash along N. Kinser Pike Road, between the entrance/exit to Kroger and Skyline Drive. Near Skyline, there is a black garbage bag, which has been broken open. (Pls don't remove just the bag and disregard the trash strewn along the road, from the entrance to Kroger to Skyline Dr.) The debris is along the east side of the road - given the traffic, it is difficult to safely remove these items. There is a random couch sitting on the corner of 4th and college in front of a business which is not the businesses property meaning the couch isn't the businesses how can it be removed? The business does not want to be fine for an item which is not theirs.
