We want to formally oppose Tyler Curry's proposed development on Morningside Drive. He wants to build a self-storage building right next to a park and a family neighborhood, which I find completely inappropriate. This is an area where children play soccer, go sledding in the winter, and walk to the local ice cream shop. This is a safe, quiet neighborhood that should not have a self-storage facility placed in it. We believe that a self-storage facility would make the park and surrounding area unsafe for these young families. Please consider telling Tyler Curry no.

Charlestowne Manor Developer (Chuck Short) billed the neighborhood for $325 in 2023 and has since turned it over to a company to manage and they are only charging $250 in 2024 for dues.
