The cars are driving on one side of the road to avoid the tree scratching the cars. It’s dangerous when a car is coming from the other end. It’s been like this for months .

Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. Old photo. Much higher weeds now. Garbage cans stored in front of house all year. No mowing or trimming of high weeds in front.
This trash has been on the rear porch all summer long. Animals have picked at this garbage and spread the debris all around. In addition, the black trash can has been at the curb since last week.
Not mowed since the last time you didn't fine then even though it looked terrible then too.
This rental has allowed trash bags to be open and strewn on the property for two weeks--it is now smelling and unsanitary. I don't know why they haven't cleaned it up.
Still have not mowed
There are multiple bags of garbage lying in the front near the sidewalk and some have been ripped open by animals. These have been out there for several days.
The two building directly to the north of my building are currently unsafe with multiple viewings of homeless and users coming and going from in between the buildings. It's not safe for anybody to be back there with the activity that happens daily. The light on that property is also out and there have been homeless camping in the unkept wooded area behind my property that is owned by the City. I thought that the two buildings were to be torn down at one point, but it seems that the issues were temporarily fixed and the owner was allowed to keep the buildings up. Please call or email with questions in regards to this situation.
1103 & 1105 have been abandoned and the entire properties have not been mowed for over 3 months. The overgrown woody and herbaceous vegetation is over 2 feet long. Source of vermin like raccoons and possums
