So you're doubling the width of the sidewalk from 5ft to 10ft for a recreational path. Great. But does that mean you've also doubled the amount of sidewalk I'm now responsible to clear of snow in the winter? Should I be dumping tea into Lake Monroe?
Deer cross S. Rogers St. daily in one particular location, on the north side of the 2129 S Rogers St property. An increasing number of cars fly down the road all day and lots of people use the sidewalk so its a risk not only to the deer but to motorists and pedestrians. I am requesting a deer crossing sign be installed on both sides of the road. My mom lives at 2219 S Rogers St. and we frequently see deer and their babies nearly get hit (and have been hit). If you face 2129 S Rogers, you will see the area on the far left side of the property where they cross near the trees. Thank you for considering this signage. The road/sidewalk construction crew sprayed concrete on my car as I was driving down the street. I assume they were cleaning out the cement truck, but ended up spraying the hose as I drove by splattering my car with cement and rocks. I think it will all wipe off and not harden on the car, but I'm not exactly happy about it or having to clean it up.
It's been 3 weeks since my neighbor has had a new driveway installed. He still has the sidewalk taped off. It only takes 2 days for the sidewalk to cure, yet the kids are walking on the street or dirty grass because he has the sidewalk taped off for no reason at this point
There are low hanging tree branches over the sidewalk. Bikes are not able to ride through that section of the sidewalk.

The sidewalk contruction on E Winslow Rd has been going on since winter. The project has more says with no one working on it than working on it. today I saw only 4 men on the whole project and none of them were doing any work at 11 AM. Lots of road projects in Bloomington are started and then left abandoned for months. As a resident I don't like this. If they start something they ought to work on it till finished then move on. Im frustrated with the disruption that has been going on for 7 months for a very small project.
