There is a metal post with a sign on the train tracks right at the intersection of Indiana Ave and 13th St that looks very frail. In the past wind advisory situations we have had in the city, anytime the wind hit the post, that post sounded as if the wind could dislodged it violently from the base and the sign at the top could fly off into near-by buildings, it even sounded horribly loud as the sign does not seem to be securely attached to the post. When that happened I called 9-1-1 to let them know and asked them to contact whoever is in charge of the tracks for them to look into that by securing that post. However, nothing happened. Tonight, with the tornado watch and the very strong winds we are having, it's the same situation with the post. Because of that, I called the Indiana Railroad Company's emergency number and they said they would email someone but that that would take some time and they were not sure they would get to it that night since they were also in tornado watch.

Oakdale Square has significantly cut back on maintenance activities, including lawncare, although they have continued to raise rates. Current grass height exceeds 8 inches, even 12 inches, in many locations and encumbers quiet enjoyment of lawns and common areas. Leasing office is aware, but they have reduced the frequency of regular lawncare.

Our department has an office located at 2599 Fountain Drive. We saw notice today of planned closure at the intersection of Fountain Drive and Crescent Drive. We wanted to be sure there is a semi-accessible detour to reach our building. We have a large project in the month of July that will involve a semi delivering materials to our space over the course of several weeks. Thank you!

There is a loose cord from one end of the building in the grass to the “office” unit of the apartment complex. This presents a personal safety hazard to myself and my animal.

Approximately 30 yards eastward from the stop sign at E Post Road and N Staats St, in the westbound lane of Post road, is a 12" wide by 33" long rectangular indentation originally dug by a contractor and then filled in. The fill has since subsided by one to two inches throughout. Hope it can be topped off to make a smoother street.

An area of new sod immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and between the sidewalk and street has collapsed (in some places to a depth of 9 inches) in such a way that it is unsafe for bicyclists or pedestrians who may veer off the sidewalk even very briefly. We believe this sod was laid after the ground was dug for installation of the fiber cable for Gigabit Now. We (University Baptist Church) are not certain of the best agency to contact about the problem, and we are hoping that you will either take care of it or direct us to the correct people to contact. This is only one of the dumpsters currently at the limestone crossing apartments. We have called the limestone crossing office multiple times the past 2 months regarding how disgusting the dumpster is, I myself am to scared to even walk in there to throw away trash out of fear of bed bugs possibly being in there from the furniture. I am unsure who to reach out to about this issue.
