I have complained 50 times in the last ten years about my neighbor overgrown yard especially the bamboo which I have to cut back every month or risk it taking over my yard , and in those ten years only one time has the city done anything . The owner was issued a warning in August I believe but she still hasn’t cut down the bamboo or the extreme overgrowth on our property line wich hangs over onto my roof. Please assess this intersection (Fairview and 13th) at the top of a slight hill with a stop sign. The massive honeysuckle bush on the east side of Fairview obstructs view of stop sign until you are right up to the stop sign. Additionally, when you are stopped at 13th st and looking east there are oftentimes vehicles parked in front of the residence and the view to the east is blocked. I don't know how the yellow painted curbs to prohibit parking near stop signs are determined but this intersection may need something to prevent vehicles from parking right up to the stop sign. from Kinser Pike to 624 W Parrish Road the trees and bushes have grown out over the sidewalk so it is hard to walk along there (the sidewalk in on the N side of Parrish Road.

Plants are overgrowing onto sidewalk (NE corner of property) block pedestrian and wheelchair traffic.

Invasive plants (bush honeysuckle?)on NW corner of property along Cottage Grove have grown out so far that the sidewalk is almost unusable. A wheelchair could probably not easily navigate it without getting stuck in the grass of the ROW. Should be trimmed back to property line, at least.

At the NW corner of the intersection of 12th and Fess, there is a relatively new, ADA-compliant sidewalk/curb installation. There may be physical and/or legal reasons for having the center, raised concrete portion present, but it is not obvious and as a result is a trip hazard. We have tripped on it several times. There is a current project at the same intersection, so we were hoping that they could redo it or at least paint the section yellow so that it stands out. It is dangerous the way it is now.
