The house is unsafe. Previous complaints on this address have not been addressed. They have a tarp covering a hole on the garage roof. There is trash all over the yard items that they've pulled from the trailer like a toilet that not just sits in the yard. They made a chicken wire fence to keep their dogs in but the dogs have gotten out numerous times(animal control is aware of the problem with the dogs). If they are renting from the owner then it didn't pass any kind of inspection to become a dwelling that could be rented out. It is also possible that they illegally turned the water back on to the trailer.

Water has been shut off because of large outstanding balance. This is a rental property and the landlord refuses to address the situation and tenant is left without water. The large outstanding balance is due to a water line break.

There are on average 6-7 cars parked in the grass and drive. There are piles of trash surrounding the trashcans in the front. They've made a DIY fence made of baby gates, random fences and items they've found. From what I understand they do not rent, but are possibly past an eviction notice. It's possible there is no running water so where are all these people going to the bathroom or water? There are dogs on the property. How are they getting water? The building is falling apart. The city needs to step in and help the owner with this situation. There have been multiple reports on this property, animal control has been at the property regularly.

The tree/roots between the sidewalk and road between 2704 and 2702 E Brigs Bnd has caused the sidewalk to tilt and hold water. This will pose an icy surface and is difficult with my walker. I also am concerned the water will cause damage to my driveway. Is this something you can look into. Thank you. V/R Kenneth Crevier

Wet bottom retention pond damaged by beavers, dam eroded and may fail. Water pipe directed to the creek falls short of spilling into the creek by 15 feet and is eroding the bank and exposing 50% of fine-tree roots near the bank.

Having a lot of issues with the street eroding from storm water on our corner of the cul de sac. Causing multiple trip hazards and a large pot hole in front of drive way entrance. Would like to have the issues assessed and filled or a timeline for repaving within the neighborhood. Thank you

in the back end of our property we have a storm Storm pipe set up between me and my neighbor. This past weekend we had a storm where the pipe was pushing out alot of water causing it to cave in the ground and crowding the sides of the channel. It has been causing the sides to collapse and making the channel wider taking from the land. I placed some rocks to keep the storm water from damaging the channel last year. yet We will need to add some extra rocks to hold it in place since it can't withstand the pressure as shown in the attached image. The swale to the west side of our home overfilled as storm water was backed up at the street drains which then flooded the window well to our basement on June 18-19. Although our yard is regularly flooded during heavy storms, the west swale was designed and dug by the City to carry excess water to the street. We believe this swale needs to be dug deeper and lined with rock to stop erosion from occurring to prevent future flooding of our basement. Please send an engineer to evaluate. This problem has been reported several times.
