Hey there, Do you want some help removing this bad review from Jenni E on Frank Southern Center/Ice Arena’s Yelp Page? By reading this review I can tell that this isn’t your fault. The reason I’m reaching out is because my company, ReviewVio, can help remove this review and others permanently from your Yelp Business page. Here’s the review I mentioned: My family went to go ice skating here. The ice was really rough; and hard for amateur skaters; and most of us were first-time ice skaters. When they want you to get off the ice; they blare the loudest horn. It's the hockey goal horn; but it is completely unexpected. It startled the crap out of us; and two of us fell down; and our youngest sister fell forward and dislocated her knee; so the last thing we did in the night was help her out of the facility. How about; I don't know; turning off the music when you want people to leave? Or just telling us! Or anything that doesn't scare people and cause injuries. It was a shitty way to end the night; and if you want people to get off the ice do so without risking a lawsuit. Will probably not ice skate again; anywhere. Here’s a link to the negative reviews: https://www.yelp.com/biz/frank-southern-center-ice-arena-bloomington?sort_by=rating_asc We work on Google and Facebook too. Our prices start at $97 per month and we help over 1,000 small businesses across the US and Canada. Do you have some time to chat today or tomorrow? Here’s a link to my calendar and more information: https://reviewvio.com/contact-form/ Remember, a single negative review can drive away 22% of customers and three negative reviews can drive away a whopping 59% (Forbes). I've been trying to email griffy.boathouse@bloomington.in.gov to do boat rentals but every time I send an email it gets bounced back with the message. "We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (griffy.boathouse) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren't able to post:" I got the email from this page https://bloomington.in.gov/parks/parks/griffy-lake/boathouse

Water Utility Billing Problems

Case Date:
9/15/2022

Despite never receiving any specific notice about the termination of the aqua pay system for my utility account, I was removed from the aqua pay program and thus 2 subsequent bills went unpaid, and our water was shut off for delinquency. I then had to pay $45 each for a water shutoff and turn on fee. I do not believe that it is my responsibility to foot this fee when I was under the impression that my autopay would be the method with which my bill would be paid off. In addition, the water was shut off at my house after 4:15 PM, meaning there was no way for me to contact the utilities office and request my water to be turned back on same day if I were to have paid off the balance immediately.

Water Utility Billing Problems

I am writing to bring your attention to an urgent matter regarding an unusually high water bill that I have received. My name is Kumar Vinayak, and I am a resident in the Bloomington area. I hope that you can assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Upon reviewing my recent bills, I have noticed a significant discrepancy in the water consumption. In the month of April, the recorded consumption was approximately 30 gallons, while in May, it unexpectedly increased to 35 gallons. These figures are undoubtedly incorrect, as such a volume of water cannot be reasonably consumed by a single individual. To address this concern, we immediately contacted our leasing office, as we suspected a possible emergency situation or water leakage within our house. They promptly responded by inspecting the property thoroughly but found no signs of any leaks or abnormal water usage. This observation leads us to believe that the issue may lie with the meter or its readings, as it seems to be continuously running even when the house is unoccupied. Given our status as students, it is financially burdensome for us to pay the exorbitant amount of approximately $1000 for water alone. This kind of billing discrepancy is highly abnormal, as it greatly surpasses our electricity bill, which amounts to approximately $100 per month. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to investigate the issue thoroughly. I have attached a copy of the bill for your reference. I believe it is essential to rectify this situation as soon as possible to avoid any further financial strain on our part. I appreciate your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter swiftly. Please keep me informed of any progress made in investigating and rectifying the issue. I can be reached at the email address provided in this communication or my flatmate's contact number, +1 (812) 360-0848 (as I am outside Bloomington).

Water Quality

I have read that people are complaining of a strange organic smell from the water, but the water at our office smells strongly of chemicals, enough so that it burns my eyes when using the water. It almost smells like bleach when the water is running and it tastes strongly of chemicals.

Nathan Dahm is seeking to end asymmetric post cold war Chinese %10 import Chemical Psychological warfare. I hope the city is making note of the court cases and or pending up coming legislation. More so after city employee David Parkhurst responded to my petitions as unfounded stating such water treatments standards are harmless and there is no difference between Calcium v/s Sodium fluoride. But then again he is amoung the fools who supported Huston South Project 2,154 acres of herbicide in the water shed for Lake Monroe

From Reddit Bloomington: Fiber cables damaging sewer lines We live right next to Bryan Park. About a week ago our toilet backed up, and after multiple visits from our (very honest and reasonable) plumber, we discovered that the city's fiber optic internet contractor had carelessly run an optic cable directly through our sewer line. This caused a ton of debris to get into our drain pipe and completely clog the pipe, necessitating a $10k repair. I called the city and apparently, this is happening to people all over town. (The person in the utilities office said I was the third person to call today with this exact problem, and our plumber said that this contractor got thrown out of Carmel for damaging so many sewer lines).

I appreciate you mowing so quickly after I called to mow. There is still overgrowth there. Furthermore, I have seen people coming in and out of the empty building that used to be the red cross. I don't think they are supposed to be there. Can you post a sign that says no trespassing? They broke a window within the last week to get in.
