Homeless individuals are urinating through the fence line onto our property, multiple times a day. This morning, as I came into my office and opened my blinds, an individual exposed himself by taking off his pants to urinate. They are littering trash all over and throwing clothing items over the fence. Their animals are also running around off-leash, sometimes even barking at pedestrians on the B-Line, occasionally chasing after them.
Recently there were workers that were putting some kind of wires underground. Now we have several street lights out. Three of them are ours but one is a city light post by the city bus line sign. I'm not sure if this was caused by the workers.

This is only one of the dumpsters currently at the limestone crossing apartments. We have called the limestone crossing office multiple times the past 2 months regarding how disgusting the dumpster is, I myself am to scared to even walk in there to throw away trash out of fear of bed bugs possibly being in there from the furniture. I am unsure who to reach out to about this issue.
This renter had these piled up attracting mice when there is already a rodent poison battle going on - this is a wildlife area an owl could be poisoned by dead mouse - now he is blocking the sidewalk a federal violation. Our neighbor in 630 E Ridge Crest Ct (in the building on the map, he is in the top left apartment facing the parking lot) has refused to put his German Shepard on a leash. This dog has ran at and attempted to attack our dog, and has ran at other dogs in the complex as well. We have complained to the management office, who said after the third time reporting to report to Animal Control next time we saw it, and to get a picture of it. He also has another German Shepard that was on leash at the time of the picture, but I have seen both of them off leash. I do not want to worry about a dog attack while walking my dog at my apartment.

This apartment complex does nothing about abandoned cars. There's several around the complex that have been sat for years, including directly in front of the management office. Several are leaking oil, fuel, and other contaminants into waterways.

The city uses facebook to announce news that it does not post on its website e.g. letter of intent with Meridian. I don't have a facebook account. Why is the city of Bloomington (indirectly) subsidizing and promoting Facebook by putting information on Facebook that it does not provide on it public website.
