The last recent storm we had blew down a few limbs in the tree located in front of our house between the road and sidewalk. One of the limbs fell to the ground the other limbs are still hanging in the tree, they might fall onto the road or sidewalk (depending on which way they fall). The hanging limbs are a hazard and need to be taken out of the tree and cleaned up ASAP.
There is an electric bicycle that has been dumped on the sidewalk. It has been there for three days. Someone needs to remove it.
The south end of the sidewalk in phase 2 near the gazebo is sinking. There is at least 20 inches of no dirt below the sidewalk, hence it is sinking. The sidewalk is next to the sewer drain where the earth has disappeared and with all of the water problems we have had recently with water mains, the city needs to come inspect. One city worked thought this drain runs right next to departed neighbor Cassie Howard's condo which then should worry us as the ground beneath her condo also disappeared causing her slab to sink and foundation to go bad. These two problems could be connected and the area below the sidewalk cannot simply be filled in with dirt. It has to be inspected including a city inspection. We need to see why it is all sinking.
Them kids done set up another lemonade stand and the spat out gum on the sidewalk is unbearable. When I was young we got spanked regular and I think these kids ought to be spanked real hard for messing up the sidewalk like that.
Sidewalk always floods. Forces pedestrians to walk in the mud or on the street. Not safe.
Most of the trees along our street are in need of trimming to keep the branches from forcing people to get off the sidewalk or crouch in order to get by. Several of them are also too low for cars to drive under them or park under them along the curb.

Hello, we live in Sherwood Oaks and there is not a safe way to get to the biking trail starting on Rhorer at Walnut Street Pike. People are often walking or biking up the last two blocks of Walnut Street Pike to reach that connection. It's not safe. We'd be so grateful if the sidewalk could be completed on the East Side of Walnut Street Pike between Rhorer and Heather Drive. This would allow people to access Kroger and the Rail Trail more safely. Other wishlist items are paving the rail-trail that connects the B-Line and Clear Creek Trail,and extending sidewalks along Rhorer all the way from Walnut Street Pike to Sare (or at least to Benson). It would also be nice if the sidewalk along the East Side of Walnut Street Pike extended all the way from Rhorer to Winslow, but finishing a sidewalk on the E or W side of Walnut Street Pike between E. Heather and Rhorer is really essential to pedestrian and biker safety. We love all of the investments we're seeing Bloomington making in parks, recreation and infrastructure. We really value this as a family with young children. We're just surprised how patchy the sidewalks surrounding our neighborhood are, with some suddenly stopping (Walnut Street Pike + Rhorer) and others reworked only to a certain point (example biking from Winslow Plaza east to Highland or Allendale is challenging). This makes it difficult to access all of the new paved biking/walking trails that connect to the Rail Trail and B-Line. There is a damaged sidewalk with a large crack and significantly uneven surfaces causing a tripping hazard. Many less severe problem spots on sidewalks in the neighborhood have been fixed in the last 1-2 years, but this one was not. Thank you for the attention.
