This renter had these piled up attracting mice when there is already a rodent poison battle going on - this is a wildlife area an owl could be poisoned by dead mouse - now he is blocking the sidewalk a federal violation. Hello, I work for a local property manager, Mackie Properties. Our company manages a homeowners association called Madison Park located north of W Howe St, in between S Madison St and S Morton St. I was recently informed that the plants along a section of the B-line just east of Madison Park are becoming overgrown and would benefit from being trimmed. I've included photos of the relevant area, as well as a map of the area outlining the overgrown section with a red rectangle. Walkway that runs west off of the end of Homestead Drive onto IU health office property. There is a drainage cover just off thenorth of the middle of the walkway, and it is regularly completely covered up, which causes flooding of the entire area, including into the IU health parking lot as well as the east end property owner of Homestead Drive. Can someone look into why this is constantly blocked as well as cleaning up the sidewalk which is currently completely covered with debris.

The city uses facebook to announce news that it does not post on its website e.g. letter of intent with Meridian. I don't have a facebook account. Why is the city of Bloomington (indirectly) subsidizing and promoting Facebook by putting information on Facebook that it does not provide on it public website.

Our company manages the Batchelor Heights Homeowners Association, which houses the address I am reaching out about. Over the last three weeks, multiple residents have contacted our office to report pet-related issues occurring at 3725 S Cramer Cir. These issues include not cleaning up animal waste in this property's yard or around the community; an altercation in which a large, unattended, unleashed dog belonging to the occupants of this property was witnessed chasing another resident who was walking their leashed dog nearby; the occupants keeping their pets in their garage and leaving the garage door partially open; a potential pig being kept at the property; and allegedly, these residents left their front door completely open all day Saturday, January 15. The resident who reported that last issue attempted to inform the occupants that their front door was open by ringing the doorbell, but they received no answer. They could hear dogs barking and growing inside, and they could smell urine coming from inside the unit. After this, they contacted emergency services to request a welfare check for this property. We are concerned for the animals being kept at this property and the safety of the community. We have attempted to contact these residents and the homeowner but have not yet been successful. I found this company online and was looking into their products. I found their official Reddit page, and it seems as if they discharge firearms into an empty barrel inside of their shop. Is this safe? Is this even legal? Can just anyone do this? Can my neighbors be doing this? The potholes going into The Village are INSANE. I have called and called the office and have yet to get a clear answer as to when these multiple potholes would be filled. One of my friends works in the office and said they are aware- and are also aware they are 4 inches deep. The road going into the complex is very narrow and now filled with potholes- making it impossible to avoid them. These will cause very serious damage to my car.
This is only one of the dumpsters currently at the limestone crossing apartments. We have called the limestone crossing office multiple times the past 2 months regarding how disgusting the dumpster is, I myself am to scared to even walk in there to throw away trash out of fear of bed bugs possibly being in there from the furniture. I am unsure who to reach out to about this issue.
I wrote you 4/13/21 case number 175422 and have received no action or contact since. I have written in about this 2 other times over a year. See below. There are end constructions signs all over the area from a project that was completed a year ago. I see them at the entrance to Winlsow Farm Drive, and at apartment houses on Henderson St and other locations. Some one has dropped the ball for a year. Please get the signs removed, they are unsightly. At this point if there is not actions soon, I'll resort to contacting the Mayors office and the newspaper. For the life of me I cant understand that there was not a schedule to pick up the signs.
