I am a neighbor of this address. Twice in the past year, the two dogs who live at this property have been in the street and charged me and my dog. On another occasion, one of the dogs charged the property's fence and attempted to bite me by reaching *over* the fence. I have reported two of these instances to Animal Control. The last time (when the dog attempt to bite over the fence), the Animal Control officer told me that he had explained to the owners that their fence violates zoning by being too close to the sidewalk, and that the owners had expressed an intention to remove the fence in the front and keep the dogs in the back. However, I have heard, "We keep the dogs in the back" multiple times, when that is not true. The Animal Control Officer suggested that I could contact the city's zoning office, to have the fencing issue in the front yard addressed. I cannot find a way to contact Zoning specifically, so I am submitting the request here. FWIW, other people have had encounters with these dogs, though I don't know if they have reported it. I believe it started night of Tues 3/29/22 or Wednesday 3/30/22. 1261 S Adams has a malfunctioning fire system. It will go off at random intervals for a couple minutes up to 15 minutes at a time at all hours. The building has been losing sleep and the apartment has failed to correct it as of 4/1/22 at 9:20pm. I've been trying to call the admin office of the fire dept all day with no luck. My concern is, is the fire system even working and what happens if there is a real fire. We have a questionable system the apartment complex cant give me an answer if its actually going to work in an emergency. I called their after hours maintenance guy last night and apparently he lives 30 minutes away. I do not feel this complex is on top of fire safety and is not putting the wellbeing of its residents first.

Oakdale Square has significantly cut back on maintenance activities, including lawncare, although they have continued to raise rates. Current grass height exceeds 8 inches, even 12 inches, in many locations and encumbers quiet enjoyment of lawns and common areas. Leasing office is aware, but they have reduced the frequency of regular lawncare.

I found this company online and was looking into their products. I found their official Reddit page, and it seems as if they discharge firearms into an empty barrel inside of their shop. Is this safe? Is this even legal? Can just anyone do this? Can my neighbors be doing this? Appears to be an abandoned vehicle parked at the end of East Canada Drive near the High Grove Apartments. Vehicle has not moved since Monday and it is obstructing sight lines and traffic. Who maintains this road way? We were told it was the city after they made Sare Rd office remove their no parking signs.

Our neighbor in 630 E Ridge Crest Ct (in the building on the map, he is in the top left apartment facing the parking lot) has refused to put his German Shepard on a leash. This dog has ran at and attempted to attack our dog, and has ran at other dogs in the complex as well. We have complained to the management office, who said after the third time reporting to report to Animal Control next time we saw it, and to get a picture of it. He also has another German Shepard that was on leash at the time of the picture, but I have seen both of them off leash. I do not want to worry about a dog attack while walking my dog at my apartment.

Please note, I left a voicemail for this issue today, apologies for the redundancy. My name is Rachel, and I work for Mackie Properties in Bloomington. Our company manages the Batchelor Heights Homeowners Association, which houses the address I am reaching out about. Over the last three weeks, multiple residents have contacted our office to report pet-related issues occurring at 3725 S Cramer Cir. These issues include not cleaning up animal waste in this property's yard or around the community; an altercation in which a large, unattended, unleashed dog belonging to the occupants of this property was witnessed chasing another resident who was walking their leashed dog nearby; the occupants keeping their pets in their garage and leaving the garage door partially open; a potential pig being kept at the property; and allegedly, these residents left their front door completely open all day Saturday, January 15. The resident who reported that last issue attempted to inform the occupants that their front door was open by ringing the doorbell, but they received no answer. They could hear dogs barking and growing inside, and they could smell urine coming from inside the unit. After this, they contacted emergency services to request a welfare check for this property. We are concerned for the animals being kept at this property and the safety of the community. We have attempted to contact these residents and the homeowner but have not yet been successful. I’m hoping there is something you may be able to do to help. Thank you for your time.

women contacted the mayors office saying she had contacted the non-emergency police number for over an hour the prior night due to a homelessness problem in Bryan Park. never received a response from non emergency line and then contacted 911
