Water Utility Problems

My water meter is not on my property. It is located in the same hole as my neighbors who live at 2526 S Rogers. When the houses were constructed, the water meter was in their backyard. They remodeled adding a building and turning their yard into a driveway for the many vehicles they own. Their two Food Trucks, parked cars, food truck supplies and other items are in the location of the water meters. I have no access to their property. I have always wondered if my water read was correct. I live in a 900 sq ft home and am the only one living here. They have many many residents of their home, at least 6 or 7. At least7 or 8 vehicles use their driveway and park in the little yard they have left. I'm worried that where the meter is located may be making my meter read high. I would appreciate your investigation and a call with the results. I can't include a phoy As the meter is in their driveway.

two properties above us the road all the water on the road goes into the yard comes down toward are house crossing on road since it is all down hill into the neighbors beside us into my yard. it drains.in front of my garage and runs on my . about 3 to 4 inches of water on my side walk .side walk. also the road south of us also runs in neighbor east of my house also runs runs to my house. South of me there is a a large building about 40 feet long that doesn't have gutters it runs down across the road on neighbors which in turn runs toward my house. II have pictures to send in the mail which I wi8ll need to send you because I don't know how to send them in the mail. I have spent 400.00 to put a ridge to keep from running in my yard. I also had a drain dug in my drive about 4 feet from the fence running about 2 foot deep running toward the drain in the back of my house that cost me 650.00. I will write on the back of the picture that will explain what they are for when I send them thank you and I will write on the back . Also in front of garage my small car is on ramps so the water will not get my brake shoes wet and i have to not park my other car about7 feet from the garage so i can;t park a car behind my car. On December 30, 2023, a camping trailer arrived on the property and appears to be occupied, potentially in violation of city codes 20.03.030 (g) Accessory Uses and Structures. (1) Generally (C) Prohibitions. and 20.04.060 (n) Use of Parking Areas. (5) Storage, Occupancy, or Similar Uses. While the parking and occupancy of the trailer itself raise concerns, my main concern lies with the overall condition of the property. Over the past few months, there has been a noticeable accumulation of debris on the driveway, in bushes, and throughout the yard. This includes items such as tires, biking equipment, and various other objects scattered about, which detract from the character and property values of the neighborhood. I understand that personal property management is an individual choice, but the current state of the property at 2603 S Bryan St significantly impacts the surrounding environment and creates a less-than-desirable atmosphere for neighbors. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could investigate this matter and take appropriate action.
