This is actually two addresses, which the form does not accept. John Hewett already submitted a ticket (183170). Bamboo at two addresses: 411 and 415 - behind the houses and in between.
There is graffiti all the way down the sidewalks on Smith Ave, between Lincoln and Henderson Streets. The graffiti says "FTP" and "F12" which means "F*ck the Police." I am a student and just moved in. I heard Bloomington is very welcoming, but this graffiti did not make me feel welcome. I hope it can be removed before classes start and more students come back.
Please have owner contact trash collector and make them move dumpster off the sidewalk
E bike blocking sidewalk
The newish owners of this property have stopped trimming the overgrowth that moves west into the alley. 601 S Grant Street has recently sold and their small tree is now also not being trimmed and is in the alleyway. I submitted a ureport a couple of months ago without my name for the alley, but never heard back. Vehicles have to traverse this alley daily, and it is not being kept clear. Any enforcement is appreciated. Thanks!
South side is nice wildflower area but overgrowing onto sidewalk
Please disregard previous ticket: The properties behind Two Stick bakery is nasty. Though Two Sticks has nothing to do with this I'm just calling them out so you know where to go. The problem is in the properties to the east of the north/south alley. There's a mattress, broken chairs, plastic bags, and overgrown vegetation. There's also a truck that never seems to leave eventhough it looks operable. I've seen rats in the area.
Water shut off cover a wreck. Needs adjustment
Skunk roadkill along Henderson & Atwater. The smell is stretching on for blocks, and is a bit of a traffic disturbance.
