The water is so terrible tasting and smelling that my family cannot drink it! We were forced to buy water. How long will this last? The foul smell and taste happens nearly every year. With CBU being the only source of potable water in Bloomington, there is no alternative! We are having to spend our limited resources to get drinkable water. We should at least get a decrease in water charges if CBU is unable to correct the issue permanently.

the curbs and streets out here are in need of MAJOR repair. we have complained numerous times and over one year ago were told this would be addressed. there is at least a 2 inch drop where the curbs and walks are completely deteriorated. we pay CITY taxes and want this fixed immediately Over a year in complaints and still nothing has beed fixed or even addressed

There are several swimming pools that are not being maintained down village court. They are green and a breeding ground for mosquitos. Some can be seen from the road, others can not. Please send notice to tenants and landlords to clean this area up. There is trash everywhere!

I’m writing to request the completion of unfinished sidewalks and the addition of some crosswalks on the west side of Bloomington. The first is an unfinished stretch of sidewalk along the east side of Curry Pike from Industrial Avenue to the intersection of 2nd St./45. The sidewalk dead-ends before reaching the intersection, and there is no crosswalk at the intersection to allow pedestrians to cross safely from the north side of 2nd St./45 to the south side, or vice versa. The second is a stretch of sidewalk along the north side of 2nd St. from Liberty Drive to Industrial Avenue. This sidewalk is overgrown and near unusable and dead-ends before reaching Industrial Avenue. Moreover, the intersection at Liberty Drive and 2nd St. has a crosswalk on only the north side (going east-west) and does not allow pedestrians to cross safely from the south to north side of 2nd St., or vice versa. Lastly, the sidewalk on the west side of Curry Pike does not connect between Lamplighter Mall Ct. and Glen Oaks Drive, and connecting these stretches of sidewalk would provide better access to 3rd street and the neighborhoods along Curry Pike. It would be much appreciated if the city could complete these stretches of sidewalk and make the area more walkable for those of us who do not have other modes of transportation or who simply prefer to walk the shorter distances to reach businesses and services that are close to home. The pedestrian bridge over the creek {Early History Trail} RCA Park has a massive blockage of trees limbs etc. Heavy rain creates a massive pool of water the eventually releases down stream, affecting property down stream. Please remove. Thankyou

curbs and streets are in need of repair. curbs have at least 2 foot fall that needs addressed ASAP numerous complaints from the residents this issue is posing a serious risk to people in the neighborhood.

Within the past week we noticed water pooling on the sidewalk by our mailbox. We haven't noticed a decrease in water pressure or any issues with the water in the house. The amount of water on the sidewalk goes up and down, but has been present each day since we noticed it.

Dogs are kept outside on the porch for 8+ hours a day with no shelter, food, or water. They constantly bark, wanting to get away from the cold and rain. When the owner does let them in it’s only 1 dog at a time and it’s never for very long.
