I was walking the trail with my kids and a large scary homeless man started hurling insults and curse words at me or someone close to me. I’ve seen him do this multiple times and he is making impossible and even dangerous for people to visit Cascades.
Racoons (at least 2) have found a way into walls of house through gap in roof eves
Excessive trash.
Neighbors dog keeps coming in my yard and pooping. I have told the neighbor and his landlord not to let the dog roam free, but they don't listen. My son is allergic to dogs. I don't want to pick up dog poop from someone else's dog. I don't want it in my yard. The dog needs to stay leashed.
Trash has been out for weeks and blowing all over neighborhood
This house was foreclosed and is owned by a bank. Ever since they took ownership conditions have gotten worse. They don't have anyone taking care of the yard or trees. Its turned into a jungle.
Street light does not work anymore.
4th Street between Rogers and Washington -- rough/damaged roadway, dips, and potholes.
The asphalt of the city-maintained alley is degraded. The alley is on the 700 block of South Woodlawn Ave, on the west side of the street. This alley is important for access of utility workers including Duke Energy employees.
