There is a manhole cover partially off a manhole on Landmark Ave. across the street from SIRA. Somebody should make sure no one went down and then secure that.
A travel trailer has been camped on this residential street for more than a year creating traffic congestion. It is now worse due to the construction hauling trailer parked across the street and about two car lengths west. I just reported it as well.
Abandoned vehicle in the Sherwood Hills neighborhood. Vehicle is a black early-mid 2000s Honda. Vehicle has not moved in nearly a year. Car is not in good condition.
Wet bottom retention pond damaged by beavers, dam eroded and may fail. Water pipe directed to the creek falls short of spilling into the creek by 15 feet and is eroding the bank and exposing 50% of fine-tree roots near the bank.
In the street adjacent to 3152 s Coppertree , a cover is half missing
Our alley way floods when there are heavy floods. The neighbors who share this alley are concerned and ask for the city to assess this situation and find a solution. Please contact me for more information. One of the neighbors has a video to share of the water flow. Thanks
The sewer lines for 2201, 2203, and 2207 connect together and then jointly connect to city sewer. As this was done sometime in the 1950s, is this up to current city codes? Over the past few years there have been a few sewer back-ups as a result of all lines being connected. Is there a grant available to the homeowners that will allow each of them to disconnect from each other and connect to city sewer individually? Please contact Nancy Goswami 812-679-0131 (2203), Kevin McWhirter 812-322-3553 (2201). Contact information for other homeowner is unknown to me.
During hard rains, water backs up in the southeast corner of my yard and comes into my garage and basement from the parking pad on the east and below grade through the wall to the north. The sidewalk running along the Clifton St. right of way is the east boundary of my property (see photo). Water simply can't move fast enough to the culvert you installed south of my property on the west side of the sidewalk. Is there anything you can do to alleviate this problem? I'm happy to discuss the details. Thank you.
This is my third time trying to submit this concern. There is a broken small manhole cover near a fire hydrant on Weatherstone Lane. I took a photo but I think uploading it is crashing my submittals so I’m trying this one without. Thanks.
