Fires are frequently set using these materials, fire hazard. Additionally, other trash and debris are being stored in this area.

College Avenue bike lane from 17th all the way to 11th is filled with debris. Sand, gravel, etc. Really bad under the train underpass. This stretch really needs routine maintenance. Everytime I ride through here it is in bad shape, forcing me into the road.
