On September 8th I received a message that "we took care of the problem." That is either incorrect, because I had to wait a week to have a full recycling bin collected, or it is correct that the reason why we were skipped was figured out (not likely-as it probably was just a momentary oversight). All that was needed was for a truck to be diverted for 10 minutes from another route to collect our forgotten bin. Strangely handled...

Broken glass is on the sidewalk in the path of pedestrians and animals. A friend cut their foot so there is blood on the sidewalk as well.

The trees completely cover the multiple ONE WAY signs on this road and people cannot see them. People almost get into accidents daily on this road because it’s a one way, but hotel guests do not know/see/read the one-way signs, so they go the wrong way. The street is just big enough to allow a car to pass, but not always. Something needs to be done - clean up trees, bigger “WRONG WAY” signs, or both.

2 people in my apartment complex are smoking inside their apartments. It’s coming in through my walls and vents so badly that I’m having asthma attacks. I’ve emailed my property management company who has sent out texts, but the smokers in the building are still smoking indoors.

As we were driving North on the Bypass, a young man in a Jeep was coming towards us, and he didn't even slow down, just swerved and made that left turn in front of us. Every day we slow down to see if anyone is going to turn in front of us. I wish there was a light or something there. Thanks.
