car parked illegaly on southwest corner of 2nd/3rd floor of 4th street parking deck - not within lines and not per the sign - non ev parked in ev spot. I know they will say "i didnt see the sign" or "there were plenty of other spots open" but the rule is for everyone. Please ticket them. Thank you.

ParkMobile is just awful. Could you please make it so 1) we can purchase a specific amount of time as you can in Indianapolis and other cities (several times I have forgotten to stop my parking and ended up paying for 12 hours and only parked for 30 minutes. You are stealing our money by doing this) and 2) we can pay with ApplePay

Multiple lights in the parking lot at Frank Southern Ice Rink. The parking lot is very dark in the evening now, and with the lot being very narrow/congested already is definitely a safety issue. Lights in this parking lot have been needing maintenance for a while now.

A small square of asphalt (about 1 foot by 1 foot) was cut out of the road immediately in front of our driveway at 4021 E. Morningside Drive during a repair. It was filled with gravel but has not yet been repaved so are requesting that get filled in with asphalt/pave.

The green street name signs at Walnut Street/Ridgeview Drive have been knocked over and are not visible. Can you please repair these, when able.

The stop sign for trail users on the Bloomington Rail Trail is leaning pretty severely and is not visible for trail users. It's on the Bloomington Rail Trail, north side of Gordon Pike.
