Today I've decided to complain about an issue I started regularly noticing months ago. Whoever is now collecting trash &/or recycling on our street, S. Eagleson Av, in the section between 2nd and Sheridon, is routinely dumping the recepticals on their sides on the ground whereever convenient. (See photo) This morning they left my neighor's on the ground blocking the entry way to our common driveway. When I came to move it, I realized they had also broken the lid. Then as I drove south on S.Eagleson, I saw that this was done all the way to Sheridan, where I assume the truck turned. At least half the bins were on their sides, some in the street. I took four photos the whole way, as well as two of my neigbor's receptical- Unfortunately your portal only allows a single photo, but I have all the others. Please address this situation. There is no reason the recepticals can't be placed upright, but at least they should be neither broken nor left on their sides in the street, on a sidewalk or in the entrance to a driveway. I live at 1327 S. Sheridan Drive. Earlier this a week a large orange "Road Construction Ahead" sign was place in front of my house, very close to our driveway. THe construction has been finished and the two same kind of signs a block down from my house have been removed. But not the sign in front in my house. Both roads running through the Fields complex are in a very rough state. East Covenanter and Fenbrook. Both are rough along their entire length.

Several cars parked in street along Covenanter haven't moved in a month or more. Long enough for there to be spider webs in the wheels

My recycling hasn’t been picked up in the last two weeks and I am trying to understand why. Is it because of the styrofoam? The styrofoam in my recycling bin is stamped recyclable #6, which according to the lid of my recycling container is accepted.

Park Ridge neighborhood - We need the street dept. to re-stencil all of the traffic calming symbols and stripes on all the speed bumps. Also, all posts with safety reflectors need to be inspected. Some missing altogether as well as many round reflectors missing. Please follow up - we would appreciate it! Weather is perfect for such work!
