There is an accumulation of sticks, trash, and general debris that has dammed the stream running alongside the B-Link Trail, approx. 600 feet from S Walnut Street. As of late, whenever we experience heavy rains, the water floods onto the trail itself, as photographed.

At the end of the B-Link trail, where it crosses Walnut into Switchyard Park, there is a button activated crosswalk.
This has been up for quite some time now, and yet everytime I'm at this crossing and have the green signal I still have close calls with vehicles that blow right through the red. Maybe this would be a good spot for some enforcement action from the Police?
Trash

The sanitation web page calendar does not show the one day delay in trash pickup due to Christmas and New Years at least for Renwick area. Our trash was n\out all day as a result and would do the same again next week if we didn;t ignore the calendar.

At the intersection of Circle Dr and Ruby lane, 8 large plots of very tall decorative grass, along the Ruby Lane side of the property at 1717 Circle Dr, block the view of oncoming traffic from the east. These need to be removed.
Street Lights

- Case Date:
- 2/7/2024
We were asked to follow up on previous report, employees walking across Miller-Showers have low lighting, low visibility near crosswalk. They are opting to drive instead of walk from Walnut. Would like to see improved street lighting in this area, and reflectors on crosswalk paint.
Biking & Walking

Are there any plans to put a ramp down from the bike lane down to street level here? This is the newish bike lane that runs behind Black Lumber, and should lead into the Switchyard Park. At the Walnut St crossing there is still a curb here, making the transition to the road difficult for bikes.
Potholes, Other Street Repair

I estimate there is a segment of pavement approximately four-five feet long that continues to crumble, break apart and grow over the past year. It is in an area where postal workers and delivery vehicles stop adjacent to the house.

1. The backyard is littered with mountains of junk and trash and causing mosquitos to proliferate.
2. Engines and car parts are leaking oil into the soil. HAND went there before but the owners covered all their trash with a tarp to hide it. They have a lot of toxic material on this property.
3. A man and woman who were just convicted of methamphetamine moved their RV right next to my house and are leaving trash and junk everywhere. Can someone ask them to move this?
Yard Waste

- Case Date:
- 10/11/2022
We are having issues with our neighbors at 1719 w. Gray street. They are offloading immense amounts of trash.
They took loads and massive piles of trash and covered it with a tarp. These things have been reported before but they keep trying to hide it and cover it up.
Also an RV has been moved onto the property and people are living in it, and it’s very unclean.
