Always parking on the grass. Looks like it is over-occupied this summer! Also park immediately to the west in the alley on the grass as well.

Plants blocking the sidewalk
Homeowner dumping yard waste over fence into the easement. This is against city zoning restrictions. We have already spent almost 2 years to stop this from happening by BBY and Aaron Prange, who does the dumping. He still dumps his yard garbage over the fence into the easement. Sue me. Go ahead. This is all TRUE.
Honeysuckle encroaching on boardwalk on north side of East Second, just east of Rose. Also something that might be poison ivy.
There is discarded furniture being stored outside of their shed, at the northeast portion of the property.
Stolen signs, also in the backyard of 520 S Eagleson
Road construction has Queens Way blocked. Construction was on the website earlier but has been removed. Construction is definitely NOT COMPLETED. Please update website with construction and new completion date.
This homeowner takes out her trash and recycling carts on Sunday and places them near the sidewalk. Our neighborhood does not get picked up until Thursday mornings. For 4 days, the neighbors have to look at that eye sore and when it's windy, the cans tip over and debris blows around everywhere. This person should take out their cans on Wednesday evenings like everyone else does. Thank you.
While the abandoned home just north of my building has been boarded up by the property owner, the homeless are now entering the home by using the back porch stair/deck railing and hoisting themselves to the roof deck above and then entering through the sliding door there. I caught one popping their head up to see who pulled up yesterday morning, noticed that I saw him and then he ducked down below the windows. Windows are being covered up and doors are propped open on the front/back to allow a nice stream of air throughout to what seems to be the entire upstairs. The inability of the property owner to secure the ENTIRE home from entry by homeless is frustrating and should be taken seriously by the property owner because of the safety concerns that these instances create for myself, my family, my customers and many other citizens of Bloomington that are visiting Chocolate Moose, Bedrak and apartments near this location. Please advise on how this will be handled. Thank you.
