We’ve been moved out of our apartment since Halloween of 2021. We moved/transferred our Duke Energy to our new location, however the move service did not shut off our old account. We did not know until last month. I called the arch apartments to have them take the bill back into their name. They did that but the bill got pushed onto my new account. The arch didn’t absorb the bill. The Arch is getting demolished and has their phone disconnected.

Trash was not collected on our street (600-700 block of South Rose Avenue) today (Monday Oct. 25). Collection is requested since many of the trash bins on this street are small and may not be able to hold 2 weeks of trash.

One of the Bradford pear trees damaged in the storm has a large branch -- at base probably 8-9" in diameter-- broken off and caught up on other branches about 20' up. I think a good wind will bring it down probably at least partially on the sidewalk. It's the middle of three Bradford pears on the east side of S Fess between 703 and 701. Could be the whole tree needs to be taken down? Thanks!

We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. There are 2 street signs labeled "East Holland Drive" off of South Walnut Street Pike. Neither sign indicates the range of house numbers on their respective sides of S Walnut St Pike. Residents have observed emergency vehicles turning one direction only to see them coming back and crossing to the other E Holland Drive after a few minutes.
