Attempted to contact Center Point but had no luck. The gas shutoff valve in front of Inkwell has its handle not secured by a padlock. Needs to be secured before someone decides to play with it.

Two blocks of east Kirkwood st seem to be closed off. I am asking if this is permanent? I understand its allowing out side dining which is nice. However there is a great shortage of parking in downtown. Removing 2 whole blocks of parking means that I'll never be able to park and use the restaurants that are at those locations. I cant use the library for the same reason. So I understand that this is good for students but it's bad for residents. And I think over all bad for business. I hope that after the virus scare is over you have plans to reopen parking there. What is the plan? Thanks

We have cleaned the tops of the grates in front of our building but can not clean the culvert in the ditch, which is clogged with debris. We also have
one grate that has erosion barrier under the grate which won't allow water to pass through as it is packed with mud. We were flooded in 2008. We were within a foot of it entering our building early last Saturday morning. Please send someone to address this issue before Friday. We can not survive another flood.

The residents "moved out" over month ago, and the trash outside of the property is still piled around the building. there was some effort to remove what is out front, but there still remains quite a bit around the sides and piled against the house out back.
Also, although the grass was "cut" it was not cut well or low enough, it definitely needs cutting. This is a mosquito and tick haven.
Please have something done about it. If fines have not already been assessed perhaps that would motivate the property owners.

There was a handbill on my car, under the windshield wiper, in the 4th St. Garage today (image of front of bill attached, the other side is an ad for an event at the Upstairs Pub) as I left from work around 2:45. I noticed on the way out many other cars had the same handbill.
I looked up municipal code 14.28.060 to see that it is unlawful to affix advertisements to automobiles in the city. I also saw on a City Solicitor Factsheet that solicitors are not allowed to operate in city owned parking lots or spots of any variation.
Can someone follow up with the business to hold them accountable? Thank you.

Not sure of address - might be both houses - but the shrubs on the north side of the properties here have grown large by the sidewalk and make it difficult to navigate without stepping to the side and walking on the grass. Definitely not ADA compliant at present.
Potholes, Other Street Repair

The potholes outside 1035 West 6th Street (47404) are becoming unnavigable for any non-motorized vehicles, despite 6th street being a common thorough way for scooters, bikes, skateboards, etc. It will soon become an issue for cars as well if the city does not address the growing potholes that cover the enter width of the street. The city has done much to improve the sidewalks on 6th street and plans to do other improvements to the road, but the number one priority should really be to repair these potholes. I've talked to many of the neighbors about sending in complaints (I hope they do). Thank you for your time!
