Noise Complaint
A house on my street has become a transition house for alcoholic woman. My opinion is that this primarily one-family house has become a hotel. This neighborhood isn’t zoned to all allow businesses. The city's web page for the wastewater treatment plant https://bloomington.in.gov/locations/dillman-road-wastewater-treatment-plant gives an incorrect street address. It says 100 E Dillman Rd, but is actually 100 W Dillman Rd.
WE BUY HOMES sign in the grass at the corner of 446 and Moore's Pike. Same sign as at the corner of Marilyn and High Street, but that one now has been blown over but still is there.
