This truck is constantly parked on the street. it is obstructing vehicular traffic. When are you going to tow or ticket this person so I can drive through my neighborhood safely without hitting head on another car coming off of walnut. Truck continues Parking on street… you’ve closed this again with no citation because there’s not a no parking sign?! On an active two lane street? That makes no sense. It’s a street. Not a parking spot. There is no street parking in this neighborhood. Never has been. We will let other HOAs no that per parking services we can park on any street as long as a sign isn’t erected. Just nonsense.

I'd like to submit a request to have the bike path and sidewalk cleared of overhanging vegetation. This is particularly dangerous at the curve of Eastgate and 46 as walkers have to walk on the street where cars quickly turn onto Eastgate. See red line indicating area where vegetation encroaches upon the boundaries of the bike path and sidewalk.

Our tenants are having trouble seeing to the left of the stop sign @ Eastgate LN & SR 46. There's quite a bit of overgrowth on that sidewalk area limiting the visibility.
