I am writing you with concerns about work being done around the city by AT&T subcontractors to lay fiber optics cable around the city. Should you talk to individuals in several neighborhoods where they have worked there is dissatisfaction. The subcontractors have at times leaving large scars across the properties of homeowners for which they then failed to make adequate repairs. Part of our sprinkling system no longer works. One of our neighbors has a 30 to 40 foot long scar across the side of his yard and the subcontractors buried both the meter for his water as well as one drain pipe from his gutters (I am including photographs). In talking to the Hallmark Management Corporation, we are not the only homeowners association that has had these kinds of experiences. I have tried to reach out to AT&T and was given assurances that I would hear back from them in an effort to resolve the situation. I have never heard back. I know the representatives from Hallmark have also been trying to reach out to AT&T without success, Can the City help to reach out to AT&T and raise these issues. S Laura Way is on a signed, much used bicycle route. Going north from S Jamie Ln it goes downhill for 0.2 miles. A bicycle going down this hill will reach a high speed at the bottom where there is a deep pothole. This road hazard could easily damage a bicycle or flip it over. It is located at 3813 S Laura Way. This pothole should be repaired.

Trail along South Sare from approximately Canada dr south to Jackson Creek middle school crossing is very overgrown and needs mowed. This is a yearly occurance, also please maintain through out year. Thanks

Saint Remy Drive near 3818 - north side of street there is a large drain. Next to large drain there is what is now a small hole but it looks like the ground underneath the hole is being washed away so street may start deteriorating

Massive amount of pot holes that are unavoidable if there is oncoming traffic. Both directions are in horrible shape.

Many potholes in Hoosier Acres. Specifically at E Cameron Av and S. Christofer Dr. More specifically on S. Christofer Dr just before my driveway to back entrance to house.
