This house was foreclosed and is owned by a bank. Ever since they took ownership conditions have gotten worse. They don't have anyone taking care of the yard or trees. Its turned into a jungle.

Renters moved out and left trash in driveway, front yard, etc. Looks awful now for near two weeks.
Unusual smell in the neighborhood this evening. Smells like some sort of petroleum distillate (which is why we're concerned = flammable?). Noticed not long after a train passed by. Went back near the tracks and it is strong there, but still very evident out front, on the street. persistent for the past hour or so.
People living at this address have mounds of trash in the sidewalk and almost going into the road. It’s been there for a few days. It’s disgusting and we do not want rats to be attracted to our neighborhood.
South Walnut Street Pike was recently repaved, however stripping of centerline and sides of pavement has not been completed.
There are two very large potholes on Walnut St Pike one going south and one going north just north of Heather Dr. The crews can’t miss them. Thank you!
White Lincoln town car and blue Ford Explorer in driveway for over a year-both not running. Bags of trash in front yard. Drugs in and out of house/property. Please help clean up this eyesore!

There is some type of water leak between the sidewalk and the road at the corner of S Tudor Lane and E Allendale Drive. The ground is soft and there is water that has flowed into the street.
