Frat debris on this busy sidewalk sometimes gets picked up mid-week, but there's been the pieces of an entire flat-screen tv there for 2+ weeks now :/ Plus a fair bit of broken bottle glass since this weekend.

Cars parking illegally and in the road to go to Starbucks causing traffic issues.
Parking spots needs to be re-striped on this block. It's not very clear how or where to park, as evidenced by the numerous people we see parking incorrectly from our business. I'm attaching my request for this from 2018. Thanks.
There are no sewer drains for rain water. It all pools around my yard every time it rains. The road is worn down from trucks so the water just stays there for days eating away at my yard. I even see there's a line item on my water bill where I pay for run off water...why am I paying for it to just flood my yard? I've written about this once before because I also think a curb around my property would also help the problem.

Please look at water bills for Dec, Jan, Feb. There was a broken water meter that resulted in an extreme excess of charge to my account. The water meter has since been fixed. However, since this was out of my control and I had no bearing in the broken water meter, nor its repair, I am hoping there can be some concession on my utility account. Please contact me with the best solution. I am looking farward to hearing from you. Thank you, best.
Thank you: Last month I submitted a Ureport regarding synchronization of traffic signals on Walnut Street from 2nd - 10th Street. This is a message to recognize the recalibration and synchronization that has occurred since my message. Many thanks to all team members who assisted and fixed the complaint I had. You all rock!!! Special thanks to Chris Axsom and Freddie Love for personally replying to me with updates. I am now saving 5+ minutes on my daily morning commute.
