This morning when I went out to gather up my carts I noticed that the bar that goes across the middle of the front of my small trash cart was only in one hole. The bar fell completely off completely as I pulled the cart up the driveway. I assume that bar is essential for emptying the cart. Do you have any advice about how I can get the bar to fit back in both holes? At the moment it’s in one hole and angled up at about a 30 degree angle, which doesn’t seem very useful. Just out of curiosity, what is the expected life-span of the carts? They are already starting to look beat up. My recycling cart has a piece missing on the corner of the lid. Please review condition of growth in front yard. The amount of over growth and lack of drainage is causing critters to find homes and standing water issues for mosquitoes.

Trash bins are in the street (Dunn side of house) and are taking up parking places. Have been there for weeks.

There are limited to no sidewalks on either side of the road leading up towards University Elementary School. Although the neighborhoods off Tamarron Drive and Keystone Court have sidewalks, the main thoroughfare doesn't. This makes it difficult--if not impossible--for persons to traverse the area regardless of disability status.
