the issue is the begging for money on the side of the road. Your ayyempt to curb this distraction to traffic by putting up a few signs that say " no loitering panhandeling or soliciting" well a good attempt, i feel has missed the mark. Any signage should be aimed at the motorists that get a feeling of guilt,offer money, perpetuating this roadside begging. What is the value of creating uReport incidents for scooters? I recently created Case #181916 and got three emails, the first to tell me the case was created and I should contact Bird directly. The second, to tell me that the case is closed and a third saying that Anonymous assigned this case to Anonymous and providing a link to the case. I also created 181882 over the weekend. Nothing has changed when I follow the link for the case. I have contacted Bird directly before but typically they then tell me that the case is resolved and I have to explain that the case was closed the instant I created and I was referred to them. And then we go round and round and nothing happens. Can we just an scooters?

there is a street light out on the corner of 10th street and Grandview Dr. Also, one out on Grandview and Kerry. Makes it very dangerous for people out walking at night.

Tyler Steury closes out uReport questions about water quality without answering them whenever the submitter is anonymous. Here's a few recent examples: #181901, #181513, #181504. I would like to see the answers to these questions, and I feel it's inappropriate to refuse to answer a question just because it was submitted anonymously. This is a public record and citizens monitor it for current issues that may affect us.
