I have walked the trail at Latimer Woods at least once a day for the last 4 years. Thanks for providing us with a dirt trail through the woods. Last fall, I believe employees of Parks and Rec. raked the leaves off the trail after they all fell in November. While this may have seemed like a good idea, the trail became treacherous after a rain, freeze/thaw, or snow. Please leave the leaves on the trail. They provide traction, and help prevent erosion. We recently had a tree removed from the spot shown,  as well as having a tree trimmed on the other side of our driveway. The tree that was removed was rotted out as it was deemed unsafe. We moved to this location in 2019 with a new baby on the way. Fast forward 2 years and just after the tree was removed by the City  of Bloomington, our now 2 y/o plays in front of our house and has now fallen multiple times because of the drop off on the sidewalk due to the tree roots that have lifted the sidewalk. Additionally, small animals have now made this area their home. This is the same problem on the opposite side of our driveway by the electrical boxes due to overgrown root systems of trees that were frankly too large to plant in there specific spots.The lift in the sidewalk from the tree roots has caused a major trip/fall hazards that are at least a 6in drop. Please advise.

Almost got into an accident TWICE thanks to the new white traffic pylons you put up blocking off 3rd Street where it becomes a one way on campus. I've had two cars pull out in front of me off of Mitchell street because it used to be a lane they could pull out onto but now it's blocked off for seemingly no reason whatsoever. Really unacceptable.

The east bound left turn signal came on at the same time as the westbound straight lane signal. This could cause an accident!

The left turn arrow for the left turn does change to green. I sat through this light on Thursday and today for two light cycles and it never turned green.

A dog that resides at 1615 Treadwell Ln, Bloomington, IN 47408 is allowed to wander the neighborhood off leash. It once tried to attack a jogger. We have complained but the dog still comes over to our yard and defecates.

two properties above us the road all the water on the road goes into the yard comes down toward are house crossing on road since it is all down hill into the neighbors beside us into my yard. it drains.in front of my garage and runs on my . about 3 to 4 inches of water on my side walk .side walk. also the road south of us also runs in neighbor east of my house also runs runs to my house. South of me there is a a large building about 40 feet long that doesn't have gutters it runs down across the road on neighbors which in turn runs toward my house. II have pictures to send in the mail which I wi8ll need to send you because I don't know how to send them in the mail. I have spent 400.00 to put a ridge to keep from running in my yard. I also had a drain dug in my drive about 4 feet from the fence running about 2 foot deep running toward the drain in the back of my house that cost me 650.00. I will write on the back of the picture that will explain what they are for when I send them thank you and I will write on the back . Also in front of garage my small car is on ramps so the water will not get my brake shoes wet and i have to not park my other car about7 feet from the garage so i can;t park a car behind my car.
