I am a neighbor of this address. Twice in the past year, the two dogs who live at this property have been in the street and charged me and my dog. On another occasion, one of the dogs charged the property's fence and attempted to bite me by reaching *over* the fence. I have reported two of these instances to Animal Control. The last time (when the dog attempt to bite over the fence), the Animal Control officer told me that he had explained to the owners that their fence violates zoning by being too close to the sidewalk, and that the owners had expressed an intention to remove the fence in the front and keep the dogs in the back. However, I have heard, "We keep the dogs in the back" multiple times, when that is not true. The Animal Control Officer suggested that I could contact the city's zoning office, to have the fencing issue in the front yard addressed. I cannot find a way to contact Zoning specifically, so I am submitting the request here. FWIW, other people have had encounters with these dogs, though I don't know if they have reported it. Thank you.

I work in the County Government Center on the north end of the Showers Building. The HVAC unit associated with the City of Bloomington Government Center is creating so much noise that it is audible in my office. This is a public nuisance. Even to walk into the Showers Building at the 10th Street entrance is almost unbearable due to the screeching, incessant noise. Nobody should have to hear that awful noise. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to some peace and quiet. Curious to know when this HVAC unit was installed and if it is slated for replacement anytime soon.

I need to get to wheel shelter opportunity lane. From Richmond Indiana in Walker and cannot get to even u haul only have social security not supposed to lift anything. I begged Dan Jones to help me and I can help pay just need to get there cannot afford motels will you help him in helping me please. I'm pd here till June 1st in rent. Please help him to help. Not sure how to lodge opposition but heard Curry is wanting to build self-storage at 4600 Morningside. Total waste of a valuable piece of property on a Greenway. That East/West Greenway should be places people want to bike and walk to, not a wasteful self storage area that will be all vehicular traffic. Not to mention it's in a residential neighborhood and there is not a traffic light there and it will be THREE stories of nothing but storage? We can do better, Bloomington. If the City can reject for any reason please do so.

Last few weeks we had the people laying fiber lines in our neighborhood. A few weeks ago when we had a lot of rain they had their utility sign in the tree plot near our dive way. Which caused this huge hole were the sign was. My picture really doesn't due this huge whole justice but here's a picture. It's on the left side of my drive if you are looking from the street. Is this something that they could come back and fix? I would appreciate it. Thanks

So now the city council joins the country and flag hating Mayor in their support of a terrorist mob who wants to see ALL Jews eliminated. What a surprise! All of you sit on your Lilly white asses and defend terrorist and groups that support terrorists (Like Black Lives Matter). But you do nothing for the citizens of Bloomington except increase the burden on them for EVERYTHING. As a city employee and a proud Veteran, I cannot put into words my disappointment and outrage at the people who are supposed to be leaders of this community. You all are a joke and should resign in shame. My wish as someone who proudly served and who comes from a long line of military service would be that all of you and the childish mob on campus would be rounded up and flown to Palestine and left! Then you wouldn’t have to live in such an awful country. “When you listen to fools, the mob rules”
