Hi. A bag of trash was tossed out and busted open along W Arlington Rd in front of this address. I tried to pick up most of it but the rest is too close to the road and too dangerous for me to get to it. Will someone clean this up? It would be much appreciated whenever possible? There is a random couch sitting on the corner of 4th and college in front of a business which is not the businesses property meaning the couch isn't the businesses how can it be removed? The business does not want to be fine for an item which is not theirs.

There is a discarded couch on the side of the building located on 4th and College. It needs to be removed from beside this business. When I walked passed it, the smell of urine is becoming more pungent. That particular item was not properly discarded by a college age resident that was formally living in on top of the unit DOWN THE STREET.
