On the sidewalk on the corner of 8th and Washington, there is a square stone block embedded in the sidewalk. It is a tripping hazard. I have stumbled on it twice and this second time I broke my toe. I am not sure what it’s doing there, but it is immovable. It is on 8th St, beside the Stone Mansion on the corner.

We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. Retaining wall is collapsing onto sidewalk, blocking wheelchair use. Owner has not maintained wall - pieces have been haphazardly thrown back onto the property over the last couple years since the house degenerated into a rental.
