The tenants have moved out and left trash at the curb, and in the yard. They had dogs, chickens and rabbits, so the yard stinks. The neighbors cannot enjoy their deck. The landlord has not done anything with the trash and may not know they have moved out. the trash at the curb is being scattered by animals.

She said that is greatest number of deer she has seen in her neighborhood at one time and she found it unsettling. She advised that she did not want a call back, but wants "someone to do something." I did not speak to Dukes directly; instead, this concern was relayed to me from another City department.
