Contractor wants to meet onsite to discuss a storm drainage prroblem and ways to correct it. Address: 2741 S Jalen Ct. Home sits below the curb line and has a swale in the backyard; both of which complicate the matter. The neighboring homes are all higher in elevation and drain straight to this property. A gentleman stopped by our office this morning to alert us to an unsafe swing set that was installed in the yard of 825 S. Eastside Dr. He said that the swing is installed in a way that it would go into the road if someone was on it. He is nervous that a kid is going to swing on it unsupervised and go into the road. He would like to remain anonymous.
