The citizen at 416 W. 11th Street uses the parking lot behind his building. His access is a East/West alley off of Rogers Street. There is an evergreen tree that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of this alley trying to go South on Rogers Street. You have to pull partially into the northbound lane on Rogers to see around the tree. The tree also impedes pedestrian traffic along the sidewalk. The tree is behind the sidewalk. Please drive by and look at back of this property. Complainant states that plywood doors have been tacked up over open house. Not sure we can do anything but if it is open and vacant it is unsafe.
