CBU truck came out to clean out storm water sewer and piled up rubbish but did not remove rubbish.

Ms. Sanders came in and stated that her neighbor, Mrs. Brown of 2527 (?) S. Madison called CBU constantly to complain about ditch in Ms. Sander's yard. Mrs. Sander's landlord if Claudia Green. Mrs. Brown apparently feels that Ms. Sander's ditch is causing drainage problems. Matter has been investigated previously by Troy Powell of T&D Department.
MR SEUBERT STATES THAT THE STORM WATER PIPE ON THE EAST SIDE OF LEONARD SPRINGS ROAD BETWEEN 3100 - 3200 IS CLOGGED. WHEN IT RAINS THE WATER POOLS IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE CAUSING A DANGEROUS SITUATION. TIM LAWSON, CITY ENGINEER, IS GOING TO TALK WITH BOBBY CHESTNUT, STREET SUPERINTENDENT, TO HAVE SOMEONE FROM STREETS CHECK THE PIPE.
See letter Stetson turned in. The neighbor at 1016 E. Maxwell Lane is constructing an entry off of Manor Road. They are filling in the drainage ditch with soil thereby blocking the water flow. Stetson feels that during the next rain this work could cause severe water damage to her basement

Do Not Block Intersection sign fell during last nights storm onto the sidewalk. It was pushed onto the grass at the intersection of Landmark/W 3rd St
The NO TURN ON RED sign at 3rd & Rogers (while traveling north) is not visible at night. Very difficult to read until you turn.
Lights on all day 525 S. Walker
There are two streetlights out on East side of 500 block Hawthorne Dr near the corner with Second Street.
