The yard is covered in poison ivy. It is now growing over in the neighbors yard. You can see it from the alley and the back yard of 514 W. Kirkwood. You have permission from the owner if you need on their property.

His rental property is 513 N Dunn and 521 is sump pumping their basement onto his property creating a mosquito-breeding pond. Jason Widen with Jeanne Walters R.E. advised him this is a natural spring under the property that they are pumping and that the city knows about it and approves. Please check into this and advise him.
