Young man had an encounter w/yellow city truck #681 between 6th and 7th Streets on Walnut, at 11:10 a.m. on January 15. Citizen claims he honked at delivery truck blocking road and city truck driver parked, got out of truck, walked toward citizen's car, yelling obcenities and finally pounded on citizens truck hood, asking what he was doing. I notified Tom Staley and he investigated immediately, however, the action order system has been down and this could not be entered until now.
Mr. Dudgeon complains that above property has too many cars parked there, resident is working out of his home, the resident's fence encroaches into the alley, there is junk everywhere.
This place is trashy on and off all the time. Please keep an eye on it for the next few months.
There is a large pile of trash behind this house. It is visible from the North/South alleyway between 2nd Street & University.
Riedweg stated that the University Lutheran Church used to have asphalt curb along E-W alley and now that the alley has been repaved so many times the curb is now delete. Due to this problem, water is running off onto the Church's property in their basement. Please call either Riedweg or Betty Vance.

Moody Drive is not wide enough to accommodate parked cars on both sides of the street as well as through traffic. There are a few rentals in the area that have excessive vehicles that park on the street causing problems for cars to get through. She is also concerned about emergency vehicles. The residents have driveways.
