Saulius Alminauskas came into OOTM on 9.28.12 to complain that BPD officers come to his residence every month "for no reason" and harass him. He said police officers had busted down his door earlier that morning and assaulted him. He plans to talk to his attorney and possibly take legal action. He lives at 604 Moss Creek Drive.
100 S. Dunn adjacent to IU parking lot north of Peoples Park. When lot was cleared, snow was pushed onto sidewalk no one can walk through there.

In the Tree plot on 4th Street at 4th & Grant. NS side of street, hole is 8" long, 4" deep, and 3 to 4 inches wide. It is 9 sections of sidewalk west of Grant, just before the 1st new parking meter.
KEn Bardonner lives at 501 S. Hawthorne Drive. There are a couple of blind spots due to tree/bush overgrowth. One is at the intersection of Hunter & Hawthorne (NE corner) and the other is around the corner, where a big cedar tree has grown. He is concerned about seeing to pull out. His address is 501 S. Kay Bull reported that the handle is broken on the bike pump near 7th & the B-Line.
Grass on the left side of Sare Road from Canada to Jackson Creek Middle school needs to be mowed. There is a bus stop in the area and its very hard to get to it.
