Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower. We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality. Once this maintenance is completed, we are committed to maintaining the storm drain area to ensure its continued effectiveness. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The new sidewalks on the northwest corner of Sare and Rogers have been badly damaged from utility trucks driving on them. There could have been some plywood or metals plates used to cover the walks to protect them.

The storm drain inlet on the east side of S. Sare Rd has been blocked by yard waste. The drain is located south of the intersection of Sare and Spicewood Ln.

A large storm inlet on the east side of S Sare road is blocked with debris. This inlet is ~30ft south of the intersection of Sare and Spicewood ln and is located between the public path and a private fence. It is near where the retaining wall / green chain link fence starts. This is not a street level inlet.
