There is water that smells like sewage bubbling up out of the drainage pipes. I've seen it literally bubbling up as if under pressure so I believe it comes from some kind of underground pipe but I can't be sure. The area is always wet as a result and smells.
See case #187164: Water is still flowing from house. The stream begins in the alley coming from the NE corner of the house, then moving south down the alley to Cottage Grove. The sewage water then travels east along the north edge of Cottage Grove to Lincoln. The sewage water then forms a pool on the NW corner of Lincoln/CG. The sewage water then crosses CG and travels south along the west edge of Lincoln until it meets 10th Street, where it crosses Lincoln to the NW corner of Lincoln and 10th, where is has formed a second pool. The property owner claims there is no water coming from their house. Please test the water for microorganisms and when the tests come back positive, inform the property owner of their obligations if they want to continue to rent out houses that used to be people's homes.

: on college mall road in front of five gys resturant, when who ever mows there always leaves the grass in the road along college mall road. it clogs up the sewer drains there . it tends to flood the sometimes.
Our neighbours have hooked pipes to their gutter drainage, and routed all that water under ground and out into our property, causing flooding and erosion. Multiple pipes are visible and at least one is causing a retaining wall to collapse. Please note your website crashes whenever I try to attach a picture.
Hello, I am the facilities manager of Trinity Episcopal Church (111 s Grant Street). A while back our gas meter was moved by (then Vectren) in conjunction with the Culvert work that is ongoing by Milestone. They moved the meter from the back of our building where it was safe - to the corner where it is in a precarious position. In doing so they have compromised the sidewalk, causing the corner to crack and one of the metal plates to raise up forming a lip - which has been reported to me as being a tripping hazard. I've asked numerous times to have the area addressed (specifically the meter itself) and have been ignored by (now) Centerpoint. The sidewalk deterioration is just the latest part of the failure to sensibly relocate that meter in a safe manner. Does the Street department address this? And who can I talk to about the meter itself? It is exposed to Traffic traveling through the alley and will be damaged at some point by a large truck. This construction spoil pile has been there since 2017, when the new Tudor-style house was built on the 2nd Street side of the Jacobs property. Been there and grown. It's an eyesore and maybe an attractive nuisance. Spoil piles are supposed to be removed / cleaned up at project's end, I think. Some additional work has been done and may be ongoing at the two houses on the Ballantine side. Does that extend the spoil pile removal deadline into the future some time. Five years seems too long. Thanks.

Looks like beavers have built a dam at the small pond between E Creeks Edge Rd and Creeks Edge Path where it empties into the East Fork Jackson Creek. Pond appears high and creek appears low as a result.
